Consultation Training Planning
($50-60/hr)
This category refers to a super-beneficial "chalk
talk" that we need to have about your endurance
or fitness training program. The best training
occurs when you have a big picture overview of
how to achieve your goals. When you know the
best strategy to reach your goals you are more
likely to spend your time most strategically.
Don't make the mistake of doing the same thing
over and over. Your body adapts and pretty soon
the workouts that used to give great results
aren't doing anything for you.
Often someone who utilizes training planning
is autonomous and highly motivated. In that
case you don't need me there for every workout,
but I can help by laying out a roadmap to your
goals. If you feel like you have reached a plateau
or are suffering burnout then there is probably
a training planning issue behind your problems.
With this kind of coaching, we will have a thorough
discussion of your program and I will provide
verbal and written analysis/recommendations. Training
Planning can be done via telephone, internet,
or in person. "Let's
have coffee and talk...."
