Sport Specific Coaching
Individual training can include
sport-specific swimming, cycling, running, triathlon,
and strength training.. This includes “pure” training
in each sport as well as multisport combinations. With
coaching in any of these areas, you will dramatically
improve your learning curve. Expect to maximize
your performance with a blend of training planning
and technique instruction. With your new learning
you will not only have more fun in training, you
can look forward to seeing the improvement in your
race results. With strength training I have
designed programs for dance, equestrian, kayaking,
swimmers, cyclists, runners, and triathletes. |
